

I got a response from ************************* at the Hard Rock, saying that she had refunded my $110.40 to Eventbrite and not to my credit card. When I got back to ******* I sent an email to the manager explaining all of what happened that night. The manager advised that the event was poorly planned. We never got any food or drinks, and had to go get a manager from the actual restaurant next door to complain. I had to sit on the floor and I had to **** down a waitress. I flew up to ****** for the game, and when we got there there were only 4 tables in the entire room.
